Bluetooth/Phone in X-Type
 

I'm a new 2003 X-Type owner and was a little shocked at the cost to install the phone in the car - particularly since the phone in question was so unappealing and obsolete.
Does anyone know if the phone from newer X-Types can be installed? What options are there (a little more reasonable than the $1300 Jag wanted)?

How about Bluetooth? Mine does not have it installed, but I did see an option coming soon from EIS called Argos. Initial pricing is expected to be in the $600 range...

If I can get my Smartphone integrated and find a nice Ipod solution (without having to take on a second mortgage) I'm going to be awfully happy...
Anyone here have any ideas or solutions?
