Stuck ON High Beams

Default Stuck ON High Beams
I just purchase a gorgeous 2003 X-Type Jaguar. Just got it this past Saturday. Turned on lights that evening to take it for a night ride, and the High-Beams will NOT turn off. I called previous owner and she assured me she did not have a problem. Any suggestions?
