and p1313 i also replaced the ITM gaskets and the manifold gaskets anyone have a ideal what going on with my cat??????????

What did it start doing after 250 miles? The P1313 and P1316 codes say there should also be a code for a specific cylinder, like P3000-P3006. Your issue must be intermittent because you are getting the P1000, which means the system isn't ready yet. Are you sure those are all new codes or could they be older stored codes? You might want to clear everything and start fresh and see what comes up.

If you are getting P-0306 it indicates the misfire is on the #6 cylinder. The cylinder is on the bank closest to the radiator and is the last cylinder looking at the engine on your right.
I would pull the coil off of #6 and exchange it with #2 the first cylinder looking at the engine on the left. Clear the codes take it for a spin and see if the code changes to P-0302. That would indicate that the coil is bad. If it doesn't change but remains P-0306 then either the connector/wiring to the coil is damaged and bad, or the spark plug or the injector are bad.
If all of those check out as good I would look for a vacuum leak around the manifold area of #6 cylinder.
The other codes are telling you the catalytic convertor isn't working within its limits and excessive misfire can permanently damage the cat.

There's only one place I know that can refurbish the AJ16 engine ECU. AutoTek in Santa Ana, CA. They take a while, but they fixed an ECU issue I had where the oxygen sensors were not flip flopping. It wasn't an issue with the sensors, but it was the ECU! You can expect them to take about a month.

avern1 has nailed the process you should take. We're a long way out from concluding that the ECU is doing anything wrong.

Looking through this thread, and I realise that it dates back a few years, most members seem to be thinking of laptops or hand held scanners. My son lent me an OBDII reader he bought from China for about $20 that communicates with a smart phone via WiFi. You install the app on your phone (less than $10) and it provides error code reading, error code clearing, real time values of virtually everything, a configurable dashboard of gauges (gages), graphing facilities, and much more. The main thing it can't do is update and reflash modules. I bought my own scanner, about the same price ($20)
I have been getting P0420 and P0430 errors, and this setup allows me to clear them and diagnose faults. The reader is a bit bigger than a matchbox, and I guess most people can rig up a smartphone mounting.
The app I used is Torque, and it is on Android and Apple stores.
