Cooling Fan Module Transistors

Hi everyone,
My Radiator Cooling Fan Module stopped working in my 2002 X-Type. Since I am a "do it yourselfer" I have decided to fix it. I have taken it out, pulled it out of it's case and tested the internal components. The only thing that seems to be wrong is all of the transistors has went dead. One of them is burnt, so I can't read what it is, but the others are as follows (Left to Right), IRF 4905, 30CTQ045, and L3705N. I'm making a video on how to fix these, but I need the model of that first transistor. Little Help??

Thanks everyone,

Jim

Transistor

I ended up ordering another IRF 4905 Transistor to replace the burnt transistor that I couldn't read. Hopefully this fixes my issues... I'll keep everyone updated.

I have an extra one. So if it don't work I will take it apart and let you know what they are.

@James, you can simply see the circuit and try to guess what transistor could be used there. Try to determine the type of the transistor (NPN or PnP) depending upon the circuit placement and then the rating of the transistor required. That you can do by reading datasheets of transistors placed along with the burnt one. I know this is just a trial and error technique but works for me at times. Also, keep us posted on the updates of your DIY project. This is going to be helpful for a lot of people.
