Ok so I found out last night at the last minute before almost buying the wrong bulbs, that the x-types came with 2 types of bulbs for the front blinker. In my manual, it lists the same part number as the rear turn signal, which I think is wrong, I am not sure. I have a 2004. I cannot get into my healights to see which bulb it is because space is crammed and I forgot how much of a hassle it is to do anything on the headlights. I THINK I have that flat wedge base bulb... if I remember correct from when I did my headlight repair a couple months ago. Do all 2004's have the wedge style bulb for their front headlight turn signal? According to Sylvania.com only the 2002 is listed as having the other kind that is used in the rear turn signal. The 3157 wedge style is a lot harder to find in LED and pricier. And to mention how crammed space is getting access to changing the bulb, I may just leave it alone. It would be nice to put an error-free LED in there though. Can someone confirm if all x-types after 2003 have the 3157 type bulb in the front blinker?

 

My 2003 has the same bulb as the rear.

The only bulb in mine that is wedge shaped is the sidelights
