Gentlemen, when did the bottom steering wheel replace the top one on AWD X-types?

According to to JEPC (Jaguar Electronic Parts Catalogue) the changeover was at VIN D85978.

I know it was on the 2005 models and subsequently, but for some reason I am thinking that there might have started with some late build 2004 cars.

Midway through 2004. They CAN be made to play on the earlier cars.
