Default Has the tranny fault red light always blinked slowly after you lock your car?

I go ahead and lock my car today, and as I'm about to walk away I notice the red tranny fault light (above the coin slot and under the shifter) blinking slowly. It worried me because I couldn't remember if it always did this when you lock the car, and I didn't stick around to see how long it would take to stop (or if). I started the car again and locked it to see if it would stop, and no. Kept going. So I left hoping it would just stop eventually through the night.

Just asking, is this normal and have I just not noticed or payed attention to it? Or, is it a problem.

It's not the tranny fault light, tranny fault will appear in the instrument cluster. Light you are talking about is a security light and it will start blinking if the car is locked, so nothing wrong there.
