Anyone got any private / personalised plates? What are they and what do they stand for? Anyone seen any really cool plates and have any pics?

I'll start....I have X6 JYM (obviously stands for Jim)...lol
and T15 ESS ( wifes name is Teresa, but everyone calls her Tress, hence the plate)

I saw a really cool Scottish one a while ago.......EC O5 SSE
Also one on the internet some time ago on a Porsche I think it was....PEN 15......lol

Texas offers state plates for most of the universities (A&M, Rice, etc.). I had them on my 1982 XJ6 and personlized them, too. I attended Texas A&M University--home of the Aggies! Gig 'em! The plates had the aTm for the university and instead of "AGGIE" the read "JAGGIE."

PEN1S I think it is, is owned by Steve Parrish, ex bike GP & truck racer and now commentator. Saw it a couple of weeks ago on his Merc. Well I assume it is still his, if not he sold it to someone else in the bike race business as it was at Donington for the GP. My wife has a cherished plate on the X Type, great for these type of cars where the manufacturers do not change them that often, as makes it ageless if kept in good condition. Plate is B7NDX. Her name is Bindy, but could not find B1NDY, so gto the closest I could, and did not cost too much. Unfortunately she had the plate in italics at 1st & I got a tug for it (would be me), so had to change it so did not stand out quite so much.

One of the best plates I saw was someone my wife knew he had JUN10R, also seen THE805S, which was pretty neat, a mate has/had DEV1L or something like that.Personally I'd like W4NKR. or possibly TO55ERS.

 

haha, over here in the states they dont allow plates with swearing or other negative remarks. but im sure ud be able to get ****** or TOSSER, as they wont even know what it is lol

I have the plate "AWD JAG" hehe my friend got it for a new car gift. hehe

 

Now thats a great plate Deviance, but obviously only any good as long as its on an Awd Jag!
