HELP! AC Compressor/Pump mounting bracket size??
Hi Guys, wonder if anyone here can help.
Ok, so I have been told by my garage My AC Pump has seized, which snapped the Serpentine belt, resulting in losing air con and power steering.
I Have been quoted a large amount for a replacement around £4-500!
Therefore, I am looking for a used part online, the only problem is, it can be one of two sized mounting brackets, which they won't know until they remove it. Hence starting the Labour Charges and definitely having to go ahead with the job.
I'm in two minds whether to carry on repairing this car, or scrap it and go for something new, as its just costing me more than its worth at the moment.
Its a 2002 X-Type 2.5 Sport Auto
Does anyone know if the AC Pumps mounting bracket is either 91mm or 110 mm?
that way i can try to find a cheaper used part for a fraction of the price and keep the car.
Any help is greatly appreciated

JEPEC says you need part No C2S19412
I'd bet money it is the 110mm one that you need the same as the 3.0 S Type the shorter one is for the V8 engines see below.........

Thanks guys heres the new scoop.
The remanufactured compressor is wrong part, although it is listed as a 2005 Jaguar S Stype replacement AND Lincoln LS. I could make it work but for $165.00 (2nd day air included), we will wait for a replacement. I could use 1/2" spacers to make the reman work.
The good news is that it took longer to drop the belly pan than it did to drop the compressor. I spent 1/2 hour from jacking up the car to having compressor on work bench!
Ok I see I did not explain the difference in the 2 compressors below. In the yellow rectangle the bolt guides are about 4" long for the 3.0 litre engines. The red rectangle is for the V8 engines with the bolt guides at 3 1/2" long.
