KRK, when it comes bushings on the car that create noise, you can be looking at the upper strut tower bushings, the front lower control arm bushings, rear upper and lower shock mounts, and the rear upper and lower control arms (all 3). So, when trying to isolate down a noise issue, I would recommend using a rubber mallet and tapping the various parts as much as possible and seeing if you can hear the noise get transmitted through the car.
As for replacing the front sway bar, unless the car is leaning severely during turns, replacement of the sway bar is not required. You may get a little bit of play in it if you have the front end of the car up in the air. But, this would be more from either worn bushings or the sway bar end links having play in them.
What is your issue? Maybe we can narrow things down for you based on what you are thinking may be an issue with your car.

thanks Thermo,
no serious issue really, i just wanted to upgrade or change the bushings to new ones since over time they do wear out but i wasn't that certain which ones and how many of them are there.
as for the sway bar links, i went to a repair shop, they took out the wheels then twisted the sway bar links and he said it shouldn't be moveable by hand. so he recommended to change it but i wasn't sure so i didn't.
