Wiper motor

New wiper motor but will not work. Fuse under hood is good. Connections are good.

there are 3 ways to test any electrical motor.
1.Check resistance, I guess, it should be around 1.5-4 Ohm. Dead motors usually have infinite resistance.
2.Better: Apply voltage
3.disconnect connector and check voltage
