Posted on earlier thread but told google drive link wouldn't play? Uploaded to Youtube now. Never does it straight out of the garage engine must be warmed up. There's no warning, you can be sitting at a set of lights and then go to take off and literally crawl along at walking pace with everyone is stuck behind you for some distance before the revs finally get up.

The car is a death trap there's no way no you would try and enter traffic coming at you at speed. Even though I say it's flat to the boards in the video I'm actually probably a little over halfway down on the pedal but it should be lighting up the back wheels.

I fitted an EVC throttle controller module and as expected it made no difference. Worse when engine is under load.

In the YouTube clip, for the last run I had reached a very steep incline and it was never going to reach speed so I gave up

 

Have you tried to see if there are any fault codes recorded. Definitely a Jaguar specialist job, IMHO. Sounds like the turbo isn't spooling up.

 

My OBD2 scanner doesn't pick up any codes but only cheap unit. Have it booked in for the middle of April at the only Jag dealership in Southern Tasmania. Fingers crossed they find the problem as I wont drive it as it is. If it wasn't intermittent I would be confident but being random it could be difficult
