New XE Hood coming soon
I wanted to start a fabrication project on my XE S and decided to go towards an old school look. That's going to look great! Will there be underhood trays to funnel rainwater? Is it still aluminium?

That is an oem aluminum hood. Waiting to see the water consequences. |

Looks great. I don't think the water will be an issue. Jaguar and Aston have been putting vents into hoods for a long time.

I run a VAP pulley and tune and the vents work so well my hood is cooler than a standard hood. I of course run the supercharger with no cover as do many Jag owners. The car has turned out quite stunning and I still am working on brakes and wheels, but those projects have stalled. |
