Hey all, just wanted to give people a heads up not to trust Ridedirty02 and hisport, whoever they are. I had been looking for some replacement extended paddles on my XE. Ridedirty02 sent me a pm saying that hisport had some available and gave me their email. Reached out and they responded, sounded a little shady but they had a picture of the paddles they were selling. Paid them, got a couple of responses with a USPS code afterward. I realized the following day the USPS code was for some address that was not mine. I've reached out 4-5 times since then in the last week and have not received a response since. Wanted to give yall a heads up that this is likely a scam, so don't get got!

I've never heard of HiSport but I went to their website, the contact info is: support@hisport4u.com. If it was an internal sales representative you should get xxxxxx@hisport4u.com. Why did you get a GMail email instead? It looks fishy from the start.

Yeah it was stupid of me for sure. I saw ridedirty022 had a couple normal looking posts so didn't think much of it, just wanted to give people a heads up

This is a standard scam here - the member contacts you saying they or a company have the part you want and give you a gmail address to order. If anyone contacts you like this again, Google the company and go directly to their website then suss it out from there.

hisport4u.com displays an empty Shopify store, something not right there.

I found hisportauto.com but I'm not sure we're all talking about the same places.
