Hello everyone!

My 2017 XE Prestige, 8" Screen (no mods) has always received phone calls and displayed text messages without any problems.

In the last 4-6 weeks, it has stopped displaying text messages. Phone calls still work fine. When I select text messages from the phone screen, it displays "Text Messages Not Available" I've tried deleting the phone and then re-pairing it. That didn't help.

I'm guessing that it might be due to a recent iOS update, but I'm just guessing. I haven't changed any settings on my phone or on the car.

My phone is an iPhone XS Max, and I'm running iOS 16.6.

Has anyone else experienced (and solved) this?

Same situation for my wife's 2016 XE.
Messages used to be displayed, or read out by the car with no issues for several years and then appeared to randomly stop happening for no reason.
We've tried removing the device pairing and setting things up from scratch but that hasn't helped.
