2013 xfs 3.0 Diesel Battery not charging

Hi hope someone can help please.

Alternator seems to be charging the smaller battery which shows at 14

but main battery 11.7

any thoughts please 🙏

Post in the X250 forum, this one is for model year 2016 and newer, which is a different car.
