Asking here will get you the best offer from the manufacturer:

My car stickered at $70,235. The sales price was $66,258 minus a $1000 new owner credit from Jaguar, so that got me to $65258, or about $5000 off the sticker. They also gave me about $2k above wholesale on an Audi trade that we kept separate from the Jag deal -- I wrote them a check for the lease payoff. So it was better than the $5k off.
I was careful to do the deal right at the end of the month because they like to make their numbers then and are eager move one more car.
Payment was $852 including 7 percent sales tax, 39 months, 10k miles per year. Zero down, I think it was about $2300 in drive-off costs (first payment, fees, registration, tax, etc.). This is through Chase, that's who Jaguar uses. At the time, residual on the S AWD was 54 percent and the money factor worked out to about .08 percent interest (.00045 money factor x 2400 = interest rate).
Always good to go in not focused on the monthly payment, pay attention to the residual, out of pocket cost and the money factor. Don't be distracted by low payments that require a $5000 "cap cost" reduction, etc. And be careful if they want to switch to a different lender.
Buying off the lot this may not do you any good, but if you are a member of or join the Jaguar club there are some incentives there, I think about $2000 on a 2017 XF. However, you have to belong to the club for a certain period of time to qualify for that discount. It is through the Jaguar club and comes straight from Jaguar, not the dealer, so they won't care. Also, if you already own a Jag, there is usually a loyalty bonus as well.

Sticker Price of $57,000 (XF Premium, Vision pack, Cold Climate pack, and nav).
Selling price of $47,000.
$3000 total out of pocket costs.
$369 a month + Los Angeles sales tax.
Cheaper than my BMW 3 series lease, was too good a deal to pass up, even though it came 3 months before my lease was set to expire.
Bought on the last day of April, car was featured on their specials page but I had my personal broker contact them to beat the advertised deal (The wanted $4000 out of pocket).
