SURPRISE

Xf260 2.0d auto not starting lights on dash come on vents open but starter not engaging, only fault showing on diagnostics is both rear wheel speed sensor faults

The usual cause of this on a modern Jaguar is a partially discharged or faulty battery/loose battery leads. Always eliminate this first.
