The better half's lease on her Mercedes CLA250 expires Monday - saw an XF she likes (other than no heated seats) - so looks like I may be joining the XF ranks Monday!! It's a 25T Premium in Santorini Black with Latte/Espresso interior with 3900 miles on it - (was a loaner). Will update Monday

You wont be let down. Sharper look with less of a tank feel.
Mercs are always great but a little bland. My wife is in a f pace and I have the xf wagon.
I have them all, for the MONEY and service they are great.
Good luck

I love mine despite it's little flaws. Just on the anniversary with this one (I had a 2010 MY Premium, which just exceeded my pain threshold for tolerance of issues) but this one (2017 35T R Sport) is just short of superb. Love it.

Yeah just wasn't impressed with the Merc - especially after we picked up the XE. I was looking forward to getting the XF but will be delayed a bit due to emergency surgery on Monday for the better half - ruptured her Achilles tendon - at least 2, maybe 3 months of no driving for her. Did turn in the lease and will look at Dec/Jan time frame for the XF.

The last ten years and the infusion of Grandpa TATA made a huge difference in quality .
They understood the worth of the Jaguar marque.
5 years ago I was the most vocal that Jag was dead, but once the F PACE and all the rest came, times change and now they are on top.
Ive got the I PACE coming to sit next to my ETYPE and XK120.
So the legend continues as my daily driver is the xf shooting brake!
Life is really , really good.

I liked the XF sport brake but she wanted no part of it or the F-Pace. Indeed - Life is good!!!
