I'm assuming you're talking of the normally aspirated V8 ?

Not recommended, the bottom end of the engine on a normally aspirated V8 (AJ34) isn't up to it, the bottom end is different on the supercharged hence the AJ34S designation.

If you absolutely must then you need the gubbins off the SV8 which would make hens teeth seem easy to find, between the manifolds, the supercharger and all the associated bypass stuff costs would be through the roof not entirely sure what would need to happen ECU wise either.

The amount of work needed and the cost of the stuff to do it in my opinion would be crippling, you'd be better off looking for an SV8 or an 2010 ish XFR, they're going for not much money these days.

Thanks for your advice! I dont think i will be supercharging it doesnt seem worth it. Do you know of any other performance mods that would be ok to install in my car? I dont really need anything i just thought it would be fun to make it a bit faster

For the price of these cars it's just much cheaper to buy the car you want. There is a TON more stuff done to the car besides adding the SC.
Get a nice XFR (Hopefully from someone on this list!) that has been taken care of.

You missed a great one when Bigg Will sold his and moved on to a MB AMG.

You dont need to install anything to make it faster. its actually the oposite- remove all seats, and put light driver seat, unnesesary equipment, remoove main bottom carpets, replace wheels with forged ones and brakes with ultralight carbon ceramics.Use light micheli tyres. this will shave your accelerating times quite much.
