Does anyone know why when I’m at a stop light my car seems to shake when I let go of the gas it kinda jolts forward and my lights seem to dim. When I’m park when it starts to jolt (not violently) my lights start to dim but doesn’t do it in neutral.

I have a scan tool which showed me everything is good. Could it be my MAF or engine mount?

anyone have similar issues that already solved it I would very much appreciate the help!
