Default 2011 xf 32k back up sensor has fallen out

The back up sensor has fallen out, actually it looks as if the holder has come away from the bumper. Can this be accessed from inside the trunk or do I have to drop the bumper, then what kind of glue, If It can be put back on. Is this a common thing, the dealer said they get hit by shopping carts but I can't see any marks. Thanks in advance for any help or input. Last week I had a water pump go out and I also have a XK8 with heads off with broken cam, It's being so cheerful that keeps me going.

Hi,
One of my sensor's on my 14' wasn't fitted properly and I pushed on it. Of course it popped out. I was able to access it from underneath by running my hand up above the muffler. I don't know which one you had trouble with but mine was an outside one. Once I slid it back in the hole, it turned to lock in. Good luck and maybe this will help.

Thanks for your help. I can't get my hand in there plus I don't think I could reach It if I could, It is one of the center ones. It looks as If the whole holder has come loose so I couldn't do much unless I can get to the back of the bumper. Thanks again for your suggestion.
