When I try to lock the doors with the doorhandle or the FOB after 2 to 3 seconds I get a double beep and I do not have driveaway locking nor will the lock unlock buttons on the dash work any help would be appreciated

I've moved your question from X260 (for the current 2015 onwards model) forum to X250 (for the earlier 2007 - 2015 model) forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

You should add if the vehicle is Passive or Keyless entry.

I've just read the additional information in your Intro that this has happened after adding a second fob. Did you have the fobs programmed at a Jaguar Dealer or elsewhere?
