Default 2014 AWD Front Hub and Bearing Assembly Hard to Find

Has anyone found a place to purchase front hub/bearing assemblies for the X250 AWD model? I had the dealer looking for two weeks for my 2014 XF AWD without any luck, other than a full assembly including a new knuckle at a very steep price each.
There are many listings for AWD only to find that they are actually RWD versions. I can also find 2015- hub assemblies but it looks like the x250 models have all but disappeared.

Any input would be grateful and although I would like to have shipping to Canada, I could also use one of the routing companies if only sold in the US.

Kevin

Well, I just received confirmation that there is no OEM version of the Hub and Bearing assembly and they are only shipped as a vertical link assembly. Driver left is Knuckle with the bearing/hub assembly and the part number is C2Z29557 while the front right Knuckle with bearing/Hub is C2Z29556. Sent out requests to the usual locations for quotes.

Rock Auto appear to have after market front wheel bearings, although some are for RWD cars only. They ship to Canada.

Thanks, Six Rotors, unfortunately they only have front hubs for RWD cars, none have the splines for the CV Axles. I have been trying to track some aftermarket, but I can't see any. Only option so far is finding the bearings or option two, to bite the bullet and purchase the link-vertical assembly for a complete swap out.

Thank you pab, actually talking with SNG Barratt and British Parts, I also found here in Canada at OEM Pro Parts (According to their web site) that they have through an Ontario dealer but I have not received any replies to date so they might not have here in Canada.

I have found some other locations but when the final price per part is calculated, I am seeing an average of $1,100.00 - $2,700.00 CAN per piece depending on who is selling.

Both SNG Barratt and British Parts have been very quick to respond

Well, got my hands on some new knuckle assemblies and installed the passenger side. Had a few nail-biting moments, first finding out that the upper control arm ball joint was played with before as the Allen socket in the stud was a wee bit stripped, lucky I had a reverse extractor. The second crazy situation was the half-shaft acting like the splines were welded to the hub, it took a few hours and a lot of pressure to pop loose. I am now playing with the old knuckle to see how feasible rebuilding will be. Once I get around to doing the driver's side, I'll make a tutorial as I didn't see much out there for guidance on the AWD versions.

Also, pulling the hub would be a must if you ever snapped a lug bolt on one of these AWD front ends.

Popping out the hub is easy, using the bearing kit, I was able to make quick work of it, keeping in mind the bearing splits, pushing the bearing sleeve out after requires a press.

I'm tackling the same job on my X351 XJ. Do you happen to know the torque requirement for the axle nut and ball points?

I’m away and will not be back home until Thursday, I’ll confirm the shop manual and post it.

I really appreciate it. I tried searching a few different ways and finally found it:
