My dad's car broke down today. The AA came out and said that the connection to the battery in the boot had basically corroded and ultimately snapped so the battery was getting no charge. He charged the battery so we could shift the car to a garage. We got it there just about! Anyway the AA man was correct. The cable that runs from the boot to the bonnet needs changing. The part isn't expensive it's the labour. Just wondering if anyone on here had had the same issue and what sort of price were looking at? Thanks
