Assistance Needed with Subwoofer Issues in Jaguar XF X250
Hello Jaguar enthusiasts,
I recently purchased a used Jaguar XF X250 and have been experiencing problems with the subwoofer ever since. It seems that it hasn't been functioning properly since the purchase. While inspecting the wiring in the trunk, I came across a two-pin connector that was loose. I suspect that this connector might belong to the subwoofer, but I couldn't find a matching connection point. I'm wondering if the previous owner might have disconnected this connector during a battery replacement and forgot to reconnect it. Could anyone help me figure out where this connector belongs and how I can resolve my subwoofer issue? Thank you in advance for your assistance! That wire is only used during delivery to power down items in the car, to protect the battery from going flat.

Thank you for the information. I wasn't aware of that. So, it seems the subwoofer is indeed faulty. :(
