Diffuser

I own a Jaguar XF 2012 2.2 Diesel. Want to fix a diffuser with two exhaust holes as mine has got only one exhaust. Found many bumpers on Ebay but mostly 2008-2011 models. Do the 2008-2011 rear bumpers fit on the 2012 model?
