When I am when I get in car the ignition will not work and after about 5 minutes it will start then driving down the road the windshield wipers will come on for 1 time and then the vents will close and the fuel indicator will go to empty and just had some work done at jag dealership was not doing this before work.

TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALER IMMEDIATELY. These electrical faults are ANNOYING but you don't want to risk something like an ignition cut out while you are driving which is very DANGEROUS.

Exactly this - take it to the dealer. If you had had this problem happen to you without work at the dealer I'm sure various people on the forum could you work through the steps to help you try to fix it, but since this started as a result of dealer doing work on the car there's no reason you should have to put the effort in. Get them to fix their mess
