engine fan blowing constantly with no warm air coming out of vents
2009 jaguar xf engine fan stays on constantly and also when you cut the car off and there is no heat coming out the vents

The engine fan doesn't move heat out of the vents but commonly if it stays on like that then the car (via the PCM) is trying to cope with an engine over-heat problem. If so, something to fix urgently!
