Default Green and Grey wiring loom not connected to anything. What are they for?

Hi, I'm working through tidying the rear of a 2010 XFR and found a large green wiring loom and a smaller grey wiring loom in the rear left hand side of the boot that aren't connected to anything. I have a parking aid fault and feel like this may be why as I expected to see it there.

If not, what are they for?

I "think" the parking module is installed in that area? But I don't see anything that looks like a module is missing? Plus the green plug appears to have been taped back to the harness at the factory?
Hopefully another XF guy will post?
