The ones shown in that vid are for an X260 so cannot be fitted to an X250 let alone a pre 2012 "classic" like yours.

LED Low Beam Conversion

 

Have converted my 2017 XF from HID's to the LED headlights they are a straight swop and all the functionality works fine only issue is the dash indicator light flashes fast like a blown bulb is there any way to tell the CCF to ignore the error, I can get round it by fitting a resistor but would like to get them working without the resistor as if it was factory fit, non of my local dealers are interested in helping.

 

You could ask here as some can adapt the CCF or let you know if you need another solution
