Exclamation IAM Fault - integrated audio module

Hi
My Jaguar specialist indicates I have a fault in the IAM.
Mine is a 2013 XF Sportbrake. Had a fault occur as I was driving.
Audio display went blank and audio fell silent. I was listening to USB music as it happened. Satnav went unresponsive. Reversing camera ceased to display. Like you I thought (having an XJ8 history) that it may be a voltage problem. Its not.
Mine has the double batteries to support ecostart. Technician diagnostic suggested a fault in the Integrated entertainment module. Problem is they are quoted at UKP2000+.
Any other suggestions?
Similar serial numbered IAMs are widely available from wrecked Range Rovers- Is that an option as plugs & connectors look OK but I suspect some piece of management will object?. Do we know anyone who can repair the module? Otherwise it is silent driving and no navigation.
Chris

Battery is brand new and up to spec.
Changed the IAM for a similar Landie unit. Done by Jag technician. No change to missing functions. He suggested a hunt for a broken wire or loose connector..... Any thoughts about where to start?

Can you post what codes the car has? Without that we are limited as to what could be the issue.

Isn't that only relevant to pre face-lift cars?

There's a you tube that shows how to diagnose a MOST fault on a Range Rover, which has the same system as your Jag.
