I´m beginning to get quite desperate: My 2014 Jaguar XF 2.2 diesel was very hard to start a few weeks ago, when it finally started I drove about 5 km to my destination. When I was going home I experienced the same hard to start issue and I only drove like 25 meters before the engine stopped.
I have read several threads about similar problems like this: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-251481/page2/
I have identical DTC:s and tried to run several highly suggested procedures with my JLR SDD V.164.
When I run "Start authorization status" the "Number of keys programmed to the instrument panel cluster" is 0 which does not seems right to me, is it?
I'd start with the easy/cheap thing and replace the batteries in the fobs. Should be a warning on the dash when the batteries are low however.
"Passive anti-theft system number of ignition key codes supported = 0:0 integer" does look like a problem. Not at all familiar with this system but it appears the keys are being recognized by other systems, but not by the PATS.
