ODB Reader shows 14psi boost at idle, but turbo isn't spooling
Datastream shows 14.3-ish psi of boost absolute pressure at idle, but when I accelerate the value doesn't change and the car is clearly not building boost.
I am not receiving any errors in the ECU.
Do I need to test the MAP sensor and/or do a vacuum test?
