Well, there is not much to tell or show, it is the very basic Jaguar XF 2.7D 2008. No extras, no modifications, small scratches here and there, but I enjoy driving it every minute behind the wheel for more than two years and more than 100 000 kilometers already, it is an adorable daily workhorse for me (I usually drive approximately 200 kilometers per day).

Hey guys I picked up a Polaris White 2015 Jaguar XFR Speedpack a month and a half ago. Only had 42,000 miles on it and came with the wider Varuna wheels. I’ve never been in something so fast in my life. Puts the G37 I had to shame.

I already got the Quicksilver exhaust installed and it sounds amazing but I’m debating if I should get an x-pipe. Maybe shell out the cash for the Spires or just get a Magnaflow welded in.

I attached a quick clip of me in a tunnel.

Yep, get the X-pipe (or H-pipe) for sure, improves both the sound and the performance.
Not by a helluva lot but still a decent bang for your buck.
And if you ever install a tune you will need the X or H pipe to make it work, the XFR-S and XKR-S (both 550 PS vs cooking model 510 PS) both left the factory with an X-pipe.

Default There’s more

[QUOTE=whitbyxf;243558]Thanks for the complement on the car.

I knew there was Whitby in Ontario (I used to get scale models of my cars from a guy who operated from there) but I did not know there was a Pickering as well!! Amazing. I guess it must have been Brits who populated that area originally and were from East Yorkshire....

Lol. I live in London, middlesex county, close to Stratford, bath, Acton, battlsea, berkley, brantford…and many more all in Ontario Canada.

Ha, I live in Middlesex county and the county seat is Cambridge. Right next door is Suffolk County, Essex is up north, Plymouth down south. Berkshire is right before you hit (new) York.

Acton is about 20 miles to the west, BerkEley about about 3K miles further.

We append "New" to lots of names...

Just got my new brakes in! 8piston front 6piston rears with 2 piece floating rotors all around. Still have a bit more to do but in September it'll feel like a whole new car! Excuse the bins lol

These are from R1 concepts. I've been dealing with them for years for all of my vehicles for oem alternative replacements with same oem quality at fraction of the cost.

I've used them twice...pads seem to be fine, but the rotors, For whatever reason they seem to warp very easily. I have the sloted and drilled ones. The first time around, I bought their standard ones. The second time around I bought their heavy-duty rotors, but I do get a slight wobble again. Are these prone to warping? I have the 2012 XF Portfolio.

Have you ruled out your calipers? I've been using their carbon geomet rotors, swapped a couple times and still no issues with the rotors, but i did noticed that my inside pads on one side were wearing out faster than the outside, which was caused by not servicing the calipers the entire time i had the car. Other than that, no warping on the rotors, first time was blank disk, second time was drilled rotors.

My son isn't a forum guy so I'll post pics. He just picked up this 2014 XFR-S. 35k miles. What a beautiful beast!
