The callipers look good in that color- good choice. To answer your questions:
1. Yours is the earlier model which only supports Bluetooth phone and music streaming- I don’t think you can mirror android on it.
2. Door locks seem to be a common fault, as do electric issues often linked to weak / old battery (especially AGM Battery on stop start models).
3. Can’t think of anything to avoid, but you might want to consider a set of mud flaps/splash guards, as these can be had pretty cheaply from eBay and set the car off well. Just make sure to get ones for the 2008-2014 models.

On the Android front, I didn’t realise you meant you were looking to change out hardware. There’s a guy from South Africa called Hilton who posts on YouTube. He currently has a new model XF but also had the earlier one. One of his posts is about someone in China who sells the Android kit thru Alibaba for this upgrade. It seems quite expensive, but here’s a link to his video:

On tyres, I’m running Goodyear F1 Assymetric 3s. Mine are 245/45/18s. They were on the car when I bought it, and I found the grip to be excellent so replaced them with the same.

Congrats on the car. Looks terrific and I like the caliper job!

1) OEM brakes very dusty. Replace with ceramics - I have EBC red stuff. Massive difference. Also consider drilled slotted rotors if you like that style

2) Personally think it looks good with some window tint

3) For tyres, big question is whether you are heavily winter driving? The RWD is a big scrappy in ice and snow so I have Pirelli sottozero for winter on dedicated rims and Michelin Pilot 4S for summer (which are outstanding). Drive it all through the winter in the NE USA with that setup

4) If you like some volume Mina make a great bolt on exhaust option.

5) What size wheels? 20inch look great but bend too easily on potholes...
