Radio presets lost?
 

Started the car up and noticed that all the Satelite presets had flipped back to factory settings. AM/FM was OK.
Any ideas what would cause this??

Have you tried pressing the sat button on the screen several times? Maybe you are on the second or third page of your presets so you think it flipped back to factory settings, but it didn't.

All three SAT band station presets were lost.

Hoping an answer pops up to this one. I've had several customers come in with this concern and we've never been able to duplicate it. As in, car sits here for days and retains station presets the entire time, then customer wants car back before it happens. I'd love to have even a starting place to tell these guys to look.

Yep - happen to me a few weeks ago. I think this happened once before a while back when with Sirius rearranged their channel lineup. May just have been a coincidence but kinda made sense to me at the time. Not sure if there was a Sirius channel shake up recently to explain this recent event.
