Any troubleshooting advice for a rear drivers side door lock that doesn't seem to be working? I can manually unlock the door with the smaller unlocking handle but it doesn't move to the open position when I unlock the car. It also doesn't move to the closed position when I lock the car, which makes the alarm go off when someone opens the door. Also any guides to getting to the mechanism would be very welcome.
