Sirius module location
The Sirius ID doesn't show up in the menu on my 2010 XFR. I've searched and no one seems to have a fix for this besides reading the ID from the module directly. Does anyone know where this module is located? I looked for a service manual but couldn't find one.
You can give Sirius the car's VIN and they can get it with that ( I jsut had to do that after I bought my car. The operator way not want to (or think they are able to) do that, so call the billing line and tell them you have a billing issue- thy jump on those right away, and tell them all you have is the VIN they can give you the code

I've checked the trunk and under the seats and haven't been able to find anything, but it's entirely possible I haven't looked in the right area. The 08-09 service manual floating around on the web has a diagram that shows the SDARS module as being directly on top of the navigation DVD module in the trunk, but there is nothing there on my car.
On my 2010 XF the module is located under the drive's seat. You have to unscrew the 4 mounting bolts slide the seat back lift the carpet and you will see two modules. One is the phone lisft it up and you will see the Sirius module.
