Follow-up, apparently they said that the door damper arm was blocked... Don't know by what. It only took a few hours for me to get the car back.

 

I have the same issue with mine. The 2 center vents won't blow. The blend door actuator is located driver side just above the gas pedal. I just can't seem to find them for sale or a part number. I did have succes moving it and put a dab of lithium grease on the arm, but that only helped for a few weeks and then it locked up again.
