Touch Screen (NAV, Stereo etc.) dead
Over the weekend my touch screen that controls almost everything inside the car stopped working. Now it just continually flashes the “Jaguar” screen twice then goes black for a second, then flashes twice again, then goes black, then repeats. Calling the dealer when they open this morning.
My car is a 2010 premium with 6700 miles on it.

The cause of my issue apparently was a faulty iPod interface module under the drivers seat. Still don't have the car back though as they left me a nice 3mm chip in the paint and a burned in mark on my front windshield where they left an oily rag sitting on it baking in the 97 degree heat. Now it needs a new front windshield. Of the 9 months I have had this car, it has spent about a month all together at the dealer. They had it all week to fix the nav screen and a rattle (sun roof screws fell out at the back, headliner dropped to fix that). Now I have to wait for a new glass and paint work before I get it back. I'm a big Jaguar fan, but starting to get tired of these "issues" this one, my 3rd, is having. No wonder Jaguar dropped from #1 to #23 on the JD Powers quality survey this year. I am not a very happy camper at the moment.
