Default Valve cover gaskets replaced? Any input please help

I have a 2010 Jaguar xfr recently diagnosed with a slight oil leak coming from the valve cover gaskets they told me that they both need to be changed and I was wondering if I should also do the spark plugs and coil packs at the same time if anyone else has ever had this done please tell me what kind of spark plugs I should get and also what other things I should replace while they have all this apart I'm supposed to bring it in Monday so any input would be great so I can go in there educated as to what is going to be done thank you so much everyone in the Forum

Recommend replacing the spark plugs with NGK 94940. Replacing the front and rear coolant crossover pipes would also be a good idea since the blower will be off when replacing the valve cover gaskets
