Water leak, yes water not coolant
I finally finished changing timing tensioners following official zip tie method and I also changed the water pump and front crossover pipe. My car is non supercharged and I didnīt remove the intake manifold in order to change the crossover pipe, I just lifted it to have enough room. I have no pics but you can see this youtube video of a guy that did it the same way.
When I first started the engine everything was ok except a water leak aproximately below the rear crossover pipe. I was thinking that I forced and broke the rear crossover pipe when I lifted the intake manifold so today I changed that fu... pipe, what a pain in the ***. This time I started the car and found no leaks so I went for a road test. During the road test I turned on the air conditioner and when I came back home I realized the water leak was still there, but it is indeed water, it is not coolant. I recorded a short video:
I found that there is no "leak" when the A/C is off, only when it is on. I guess this could be condensation but isn't it too much water? Do you think this is normal? The lower pan is removed right now, maybe when it is mounted the water goes unnoticed?

I just got that pipe out today - possibly the worst job I've ever had to do around a car motor - did you replace the torx? I was thinking of replacing at least the bank1 outside torx with a bolt. Getting that torx out aged me about ten years. Sorry for being a bit off topic......
Regarding your issue, if indeed it is not coolant then it must be condensation? Either that or you have straight water in your windshield washing reservoir and that is leaking out somewhere?

No problem kenc. I soaked the torx screws with oil before mounting them so I could hand tight a few threads, but it was another PITA to tighten the outside screws, specially on the passenger side. I think it is a good idea to replace the torx screws with allen screws but I didnīt have them at home and I wanted to finish and I decided to reuse the torx.
BTW, I think that my issue is not an issue at all, I searched the forum and google and looks like that amount of condensation is normal on our powerfull A/C system. If you have the lower pan out please connect the A/C after you perform the bleeding process and tell me what you see, ty

There is a hose from the condenser that drains the condensed humidity out of the AC unit. It ends right around where you are seeing the water. If you are not seeing water without the ac on that is my thinking
Dont sweat it (lol, see what i did there?)
