Default wheres the amp in my xfr 2010?

Does anyone know where the radio amplifier is for the 2010 Jaguar xfr I was thinking of upgrading it just so I can get a bigger subwoofer in the trunk I thought maybe you could be an easy swap if you have any suggestions let me know I have a nice big kicker subwoofer I like to put in the trunk to get some extra base but not having to change anything major with the car

Factory amp should be located in trunk on wall left side behind trim cover..If you can find wiring diagrams you can tap into to speaker levels to add an extra amp, there are a few threads
on this forum with information you need to accomplish this, good luck !

The thought of someone destroying the balanced high fidelity response of the B & W system with an overamplified ghetto thumper woofer is stomach turning. Far from an upgrade, this is like drawing a "better" smile on the Mona Lisa with a Marks-a-lot. Incidental note to the unlettered: low music notes are "bass," not "base." To answer another questionable thread, anyone concerned over how many pistons are in each brake caliper need only walk out to the car and take a look, you can't miss them.
