2011 sunroof/moonroof inside cover

2011 sunroof/moonroof inside cover
So I'm driving, my friend is talking and she threw her hand up in a gesture hitting the cover under the sunroof, well, it went loose on the right side, like it came off a track, so I tried to retract it (button) which it did, now, its stuck back and will not return.
The sunroof works perfect, Is this cover on a rolling system as I can pull it all the way forward but then it snatches back at 600 mph!! lol...
Anyone know? THX.
