Which radar system you have and where the radar is located depends on the model year.

Early till around 2012 use a large external sensor located to the right of the main front grill, slightly below it. (That is right when standing in front of the car looking at it, or left hand from the drivers pov.)
Post 2012 ish until 2016 use an all-in-one external sensor in the same location.
Post 2016 the all-in-one sensor was moved to be directly behind the growler badge, which was replaced a flat rectangle.

On the first two you can see the sensor from below the car through the cutout in the front undertray. It is the only module you can see in that space, with the connector on the outward side. If you just need to get the part number so you can order a replacement you can see it on those cars through that hole, but if you need to replace it you will need to remove the front bumper cover.
On the post-2016 cars with the central sensor you may need to remove the bumper to even see it (I haven't worked on one so I am not certain).
