Morning all ! Hoping for some guidance if I can please? 2010 X351 Portfolio very pleased with so far as only bought this week but one minor gripe I have is with the bluetooth mic. Everything works with bluetooth , music streaming etc is all fine but when I get a call I can hear the caller perfect but they can barely hear me. Cant see anything in settings regarding mic volume so am assuming mic is faulty in some way. Found these on EBAY for around £30 but also need to know where the mic is located? Any advise would be appreciated ! Many Thanks .

Are you talking about the mic in the car? Is it all callers, or just some callers that can't hear you?

 

Its the mic in the car and happens with all callers. I can hear the caller perfectly but they cant hear me.
