Damo1977 I do not see where you contacted a JLR dealer for pricing, As a point of reference I am a high mileage driver so I purchased a 72 month 100k plan for $3752.00 from the Jaguar dealer in Atlanta in Buckhead (Hennessy Jaguar ((877) 380-4524) ask for Robert LLoyd and tell him that Bob Hirsch refereed you and see what his pricing is like. Good luck.

JM&A has been excellent for me. Replaced an engine and a starter. I am not sure if they sell through their website though. I bought it with the car at the dealer. I think it was about $2,000. There was also tire and wheel warranty. I need the wheels redone so will see if that is good or not.

To tell you the company i have delt with for ext warranty contracts for many many years is easy care, get a total care package. We dont have issues with repairs or times etc. There are companies that only use aftermarkets parts, used parts, dont pay diag, dont pay labor rate etc leaving customer on the hook for the difference, and wont cover alot of common things that should be covered. They are even more inclusive than cpo. And then once you buy a contract make sure you take the car into get it serviced by someone that will look at it for issues you may not even be aware of. I cannot count how many times people dont bring their cars to us and just get oil changes done wherever. Then all of a sudden they need our expertise and we see and find all kinds of other issues they werent even aware of. I have rebuilt entire suspensions with things like this

We had an '06 S-Type many years ago and it had Easy Care Total Care (as Brutal mentioned) thru the dealer. Used it a couple of times and it was painless.
