Anyone know what I375A and I376A service codes are? 2012 XJ

Balto, where did you obtain those codes from? Ie, instrument cluster, OBD port, etc. Those are not a standard code. The standard codes for this car will start with either P, C, B, or U. So, I am a little confused as to what the codes are. I will look in my service manual to see if they do relate to anything.

Hi Chris, hope you are doing well. I suspect these codes are for routine maintenance, such as an oil change. They occurred annually after the car was originally sold.

You need the next page from a Direct Dealer Warranty printout (Claim History List) to make sense of Field Service Action codes.




The first page Vehicle Details just gives the Program Codes Dealers use to reclaim for the work from JLR. The second page lists Causal Part which is the Part Number of the replaced part.

In the example above, the Program Code VW refers to replacement of P/N C2C 24154 which is the driver's seat back on an XK. It was replaced on my previous XK under warranty.
