Default Firewall/cowl brace removal for supercharger service

I am working on removing my supercharger as it need service, and the firewall has extra layer of plastic/fire insulation that cannot be removed without taking off braces. Can the extra braces from the cowl to the

strut be removed safely while the car is on the wheels?

Yes. Not a problem. Two bolts at each end.
Considering that you're asking about that, I'll guess that you're just beginning and going without the JLR ToPIX manuals or any other instruction, which means you will likely be asking step-by-step advice on how to proceed.
The best advice I could suggest is to go to the Jaguar Land Rover ToPIX website and subscribe to the ToPIX technical documents that the dealerships use, for the amount of time you expect to be working on your repair.
If you had the diesel engine, I believe there's a free bootlegged copy you could download, but that wouldn't help with a petrol supercharged procedure. I think it's well-worth the reasonable price.

Thank you for the info. I'll take a look at JLR ToPIX.
I have the manual from AllData but the braces and the extra insulation aren't in that manual at all. Frustrating for the price.

Yes I have not found any aftermarket manuals to be complete either.
